Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Prodigi Studios. Client deliverables are subject to individual project agreements.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals required for project completion. Delays on your end may affect the delivery timeline. You also guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, or other artwork provided to Prodigi Studios for inclusion in the project are owned by you or you have permission to use them.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project proposal or agreement. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before commencing work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or defined milestones. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Prodigi Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
